UNITED WAY NWLA PREPARES FOR THOUSANDS OF LOCAL HURRICANE VICTIMS   (Shreveport, LA) – United Way of Northwest Louisiana is preparing to assist the thousands of hurricane victims from South Louisiana and South Texas coming to the Greater Shreveport Bossier area.
