COVID-19:
The Louisiana Department of Health activated Louisiana 211 on March 11, 2020 to serve as the hotline for citizens to call for COVID-19 information. Louisiana Association of United Ways work year-round with all Louisiana 211 Statewide Network. Sarah Berthelot, President and CEO of LAUW serves as the LA 211 Disaster Response Director for state activations.
